Their customer service is extremely good — everyone I interacted with was friendly, patient, and really on top of things. It felt like they actually care about their customers instead of just treating it like a business transaction. On top of that, the products are great quality and you can tell they put a lot of effort into what they do. I’ve had a really positive experience with them overall and I’ll definitely keep ordering. Came right on Christmas and the family was overjoyed. Some who live outside the states even said the butter was the best they've had. The heavy cream we used for whipping cream and made any dessert 100X better. 10/10 recommend!

Miller's website is well organized, ordering was very easy, and the ordering/receiving process was explained in detail. I'm fortunate to live close to a pick-up location so that was simple too.The products ordered arrived as promised in fine condition. Beef brisket made a lovely Christmas dinner, cooked low & slow! with the Canada style bacon adding great flavor, as well as being the star of breakfast. The jar of beef tallow will have many uses besides cooking with! I'm very satisfied with everything and thank all who participated in my receiving it!
