My dog and/or cat has let me know that their half and half is sublime (best they have ever had in coffee, and that is after sampling every option for half and half imaginable, including vegan options), and their cheddar/Colby cheeses are both as pleasant and near to store-bought cheese flexibility as raw cheese tends to get. I can tell you personally that their salami is pretty darn great too. It makes me feel good knowing all the critters in my house get delicious A2/A2 dairy as nature intended it. One of my critters gets gas from dairy, and this stuff ramps it down considerably. The fact these guys are bio-regenerative and use packing material as natural as it gets also makes me feel good.
