Shipping was fantastic, fast and I've never seen better cold packaging. We ordered 4 cheeses the A2/A2 half and half. Love the swiss, amazing flavor, really like the cheddar and colby , both very solid cheeses, but the gouda is a bit lacking for me. The half and half was fresh, but not as creamy as my usual grass milk half and half. I've ordered the Swiss and Cheddar again!
