Update : they quickly reached out to me and refunded the 4 colostrum very responsible and responsive seller. I actually tried the one thats not thawed and it was very good quality so I reordered five and they charged me 1 for that 5 since they refunded 4. It's really more of the packaging issues than the food quality itself. I am impressed by the kindness of the seller. This is my first time ordering after hearing about all the good things on social media but 3 out of 4 first colostrum came thawed and there are very expensive( 20 per 8oz bottle and 30 dollars of shipping) I wrote to you guys but you guys just told me it’s fine etc and will let the packaging team know. A little disappointed. 30 dollars for 4 tiny 8oz bottles and they came thawed.I have ordered from Dutch Meadow and Millers organic before it all came rock frozen.
