Excellent raw milk cheese . This is my second order and I am very happy with the quality of the products , ease of ordering and delivery process . I moved to Florida and I was little nervous about shipping perishable products. My cheese arrived on time , very well packed and still cold . There are some “ raw “ milk cheeses on the market that are not actually raw . They are heated to 158 degrees which is just 3 degrees under pasteurization temperature . ( example is “ raw “ cheese from Organic Valley ) in that process most of the nutrients , enzyme and beneficial bacteria’s are destroyed Public should be avare of this - it is one of the big deceptions about our food in USA . Thank you farmer Miller and your workers for being authentic and honest about your products and farming process .
