So far I've had the chicken and the chuck roast. It's very obvious while rinsing after thawing preparing to cook it, there's no slimy feel to the meat while it's raw. I'm not sure what that means but it surely is comforting. Cooked up the meat is extremely good, good flavor good texture, the fat is not so greasy.
I'm very pleased with the service the delivery the packing and all the teaching through the emails, thank you all so much you do a jam up job.
