From first contact to final inspection, a very smooth project. My garage went from an unfinished state with no ceiling, no insulation, no cabinets and a concrete floor that hadn’t been cleaned in 27 years. The specialists that worked on the floor covering, lighting, insulation and ceiling, garage door removal and reinstall, and cabinets were all very professional and efficient. I am very happy with my garage.

After much consideration we decided to epoxy our old and cracked garage floors and hired Garage Experts Portland to do the work on finding their pricing to be fair. From the time we scheduled the initial appointment to the last bit of completing the job, the crew offered nothing short of exceptional customer service.
The initial appointment was with Tom Peters who visited the site and gave us valuable suggestions as he explained the entire process in detail. We appreciated his courtesy and time to work out the bid. Even after the job was completed, he took time to check in with us and answer any questions we had. We sincerely appreciated working with him for his extremely helpful and caring approach.
We were happy with the entire crew led by Elijah and sincerely appreciated all to be communicative, punctual, professional, and courteous, and were happy to answer any questions we had throughout the process. They left us with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the timeline and functionality of the area covered.
