I swear Paul lives at 210 S. Dubuque St. He's always around to answer questions, and he provides the best customer service I've ever experienced. I've used UGP for personal printing and for a student organization. In both cases, the orders have been quick, painless, and completed on time. Online ordering (POGO) is so convenient. We don't have to worry about collecting money from each person; we just send them to the POGO site and they order and pay UGP directly!
Long story short: I highly recommend UGP.
