The repair service for our Sub Zero freezer, handled by Julian and Christian, was excellent. They were friendly, figured out the problem quickly, and fixed it right away. They worked around my schedule, showed up exactly when they said they would, and finished the repair much faster than I expected—so I didn’t end up wasting half the day waiting around like I usually do with repairs. They also showed me the genuine replacement parts before installing them, which made me feel confident about the work they were doing.

Jason and Joe fixed our Wolf oven quickly and efficiently. Both friendly and engaging, they got right to work and knew what to look for. Our oven was fixed and reinstalled in record time. I give Certified Refridgeration an A rating!
