Outstanding service and staff. My family and I were travelling when our truck experienced intermittent loss of power and began stalling. We were referred to Balser's Automotive by another mechanic in town (his schedule was full). Balser's found the problem and had it fixed in a timely matter with fair pricing.

Superb service in every way! We were stranded in Kerrville when our clutch went out on our car and on a Sunday when everyone was closed. Luckily we chose to take it to Balser's because of their great location...right next to a super good Mexican food restaurant. Balser's had an after hours key drop off station and a form and even a pen to write with, describing the problems to the car. They contacted us first thing the next morning and gave an accurate estimate of the charges...and in a couple of days it was done...they did a terrific job and we couldn't be happier. A

Been taking our cars to Balser's for 8 or 9 years. Repairs are done quickly, prices seem competitive . Also, when I have to drop the car off and have nobody to pick me up, they will set up a ride home and then pick me up when the work is done. You don't find that just everywhere these days.

Very friendly and professional. They were running a little behind when I went in for an inspection, but that gave me the opportunity for an excellent quick lunch next door and even a moment to relax with the office cat. It was my first visit, but it won't be my last.
