My Trick - I downloaded the definitions, I wrote in my own definition based on your insights. I then recorded myself speaking the term and definitions. Then I listened for 4 - 5 days a couple times a day... California Licensed Real Estate Sales Person!! Thanks Again Joe!!

Thank you Joe and team for all your wonderful study resources! You totally helped me get ready for the California state licensing exam (one of the toughest in the nation). I was able to take the test, pass the first time, and complete the 3 hour test in 1 hour and 29 minutes!! Your practice exams were so helpful and seemed to be written similarly to the CA test. I completed the real estate course in 2018, but I didn’t decide to test until today. Thanks to PrepAgent, I passed both state and National exams on my first try.

Joe and his team have a very energetic teaching style at a good pace. I enjoy a sense of humor while learning as well as a clear understanding of what is being taught. I passed the exam on the first attempt due in part to listening to his classes over and over. I highly recommend his services and will continue to learn from him post-exam.

I love Prep Agent ! I used the resources every single day !!! The audio and videos were amazing and simplified to a very understandable way . when I was busy doing something that I couldn’t study in my course I had the audio playing ... when I was able to sit down for a moments time I constantly had practice exams - over and over and over again and I made sure I got atleast in the 90s score for everything - I passed my Florida state exam on my very first attempt !!! I was wowed to the point of tears - I haven’t taken any exams in 13 years. But with the constant practice exams I had at my disposal- it made the exam feel like a breeze. Thank you Prep Agent !

So grateful I found this program it has helped so much! I wish they had courses/information covering the Oklahoma state part of the exam but it was still helpful.

Passed CA salesperson exam on 5/6/21 on my first try. About 20% of the test is almost word for word with prep agents practice tests. The other 80% is worded very differently and/or is seemingly trying to trick you. Prep Agent was pretty much my only study device other than a few YouTube crash courses. Take the practice tests over and over and over and study the vocabulary and you’ll do great. Thank you prep agent for making this wonderful program!
