I have a full time job and very little time to study but was able to listen to your webinars on my drive to and from work and use your website to study definitions. I passed my CA Real Estate Exam on my first try! I just want to say THANK YOU PrepAgent!!! The way Joe teaches is great! It really helps you to remember the concepts for the test. Although I feel the course is very general and it doesn’t focus or gives a lot of information (in my case) of California State related questions, like environmental or specific state laws. I’m not a Youtube girl... I didn’t watch the webinars but I did watched the short videos, flash cards, studied the vocabulary and did the practice tests over and over again, all these things were enough to pass the test. Overall I think this course is worth it. I only studied like 2-3 weeks and passed the test on my first try! I will definitely recommend this course to anyone!

Prep Agent is the best! I attribute my passing of the state test the first time to Prep Agent! The ability to access the website nearly anywhere on your phone and study just about any time made for studying every day a breeze.
