I had taken the CA State Exam 3 Times with no Luck... I needed to change the way that I was studying. Definition of insanity is "Doing The Same Thing Over And Over Expecting A Different Result " I found PrepAgent on YouTube. I gave it a try and it worked! Every day I would work through the categories and listen to the Audio in my Truck. PrepAgent helped me Pass! The only thing that I would add to PrepAgent is weird interesting ways to remember key terms.------ Fore instance, Accretion = aCCretion has 2 C's = Addition of land Take Out Loan = Take out Lines at In & Out Are always LONG Codicil - Rhymes with WILL Estoppel- Has the word STOP in it Thank you PrepAgent !!!!
