I've watched his videos and they are were so helpful. There were days I was so tired of study so I would put up one of his videos and just listened in the background. I would also listen to them in the car on the way to work. He had many ways of making hard concepts easy and rememberable. I just passed the general portion with many thanks to Prep Agent.

This kind of teaching far surpassed the countless hours I spent sitting in class! Had it not been for the easy to understand audio listening and the practice tests taken again and again to familiarize myself with the way the actual test is worded/given, I would have failed! Prep Agent was a lifesaver. I had taken the test once and failed it - the material was so hard to understand and remember. I just want to say a huge thank you! First, English is my second language and I had a very hard time to even understand what I'm reading. Without your program I would never ever pass the big exam. I was listening the audio in my car and watching videos at home. I did it for a whole week only and I finally passed. I'm so greatful! I'd give 3.5 - 4 stars for the paid service PrepAgent offers. Joe has a knack for teaching! I originally found his videos on YouTube and then joined PrepAgent. There are several ares (on the National side) that there was little to no information on in the form of videos. Some content was incorrect. On the State specific side (I'm in AZ) the depth of information was lacking considerably. That all being said, i passed my schools exams first try and went on to pass out state exams first try as well. I would recommend PA, however, i think there are areas for improvement in the video content that would add considerable value for future customers.

Kind of a weird testimonial but here goes. I have been studying for my exam for the last month. I bought real estate scholar and Kaplan prep packages. As the exam got closer I wasn't feeling prepared. I found Prep agent on YouTube and immersed myself. I wish I had found you sooner. I wanted a one on one tutor but didn't need the package because my exam was so close. I passed my exam (California) a couple hours ago and I owe it to your videos. I was unprepared for the exam with just the practice questions. The exam is hard and you need to know vocabulary! You kept saying it in your videos and it's so true. So although I didn't use your package I wish I would have (would have saved me money). I encourage everyone to use your site. If your prep package is half as good as your videos, it will help people pass. Thank you Prep Agent you rock!
