Joe helped me a lot to understand and learn the concepts in real estate.
I pass my exam on the first try. It was super easy i wish i could tell others not to stress over it. I was so worried that i would run out of time but i finished in 2 hours. the questions were self explanatory, no tricky questions , no math.

Paid just for the basic. Which is only practice exams. Passed in CA. There is something about the way everything is explained that just clicked with me. You can print the exams which is helpful. Would recommend.
