I can't say enough about Prep Agent. I stumbled across the YouTube videos one night, and I can confidently say that the content and resources provided by Prep Agent made it possible for me to pass the Texas Real Estate Exam. I listened to every webinar, I utilized all of the practice exams, the vocabulary tests, and when I went in to take my test, I could hear Joe's voice on every question. This is the real deal. Passed my exam in Florida yesterday! The Prep Agent videos on YouTube were what really helped me understand the concepts I couldn't grasp!

I found Joe on some youtube videos. His explanations simplify meanings and give a complete understanding of key concepts. I passed the exam on the first time. A great course and an awesome guy who was always available for questions. I highly recommend his course.

These guys are the best! I sat in a boring crash course for a entire weekend and heard the teacher go off on personal anicdotes that were not only incredibly boring but all irrelivent to passing the exam. It was hard enough to focus on the dry material, but to have that already dried material watered down with long boring stories from somebody who sounds like Kevin Arnolds Math teacher was just brutal. Everything I needed was on the PrepAgent web site. I WISH I FOUND THE WEB SITE BEFORE I SIGNED UP FOR THE CRASH COURSE! I passed because of you and you alone!

Joe has a knack for putting all the terms of Real Estate in a simpler and more understandable fashion. Highly recommend his work if you're studying Real Estate.

I love this system and am able to access it on my phone browser when I'm on the go. The best part is your embellishing the explanations with explaining each answer whether right or wrong thoroughly, giving you a deeper understanding.

I took the classes about 5 years ago but never sat for the exam because the bottom fell out of the market. After a few life changes, I decided it was time to take it.
