I have been studying the real estate course offline at a school here in my city but was still having a difficult time understanding some of the concepts. I went online and was viewing different videos concerning the things i didn't understand when i ran across Joe's videos. i was hooked when i saw the first video on "Life Estate". He made it so easy to understand. I saved and watched them all ... alot! lol If you haven't joined the prep agent website, i would recommend that you do. It really helped me so much. What a great overall experience I had with the Prep Agent and the study material! I started with just listening to the YouTube instructional videos, just to get my feet wet. After that I signed up for my online prerequisite classes. I used the prep agent for flash cards, videos, and practice tests. Joe helped bring everything to life. I am so happy I found him and his tutoring site. What a find I started prep agent March 12, 2016 with zero real estate background and passed my exam yesterday. I 100% recommend prep agent to anyone who wants to get into real estate!

Hey Joe, I just wanted to thank you for for everything you have on you tube and facebook as well as the practice tests on your website. I was struggling to know how to best study the magnitude of material in front of me and your videos along with the practice tests were my saving grace. I learn through repetition not wasting my time trying to make flashcards for everything in the book. Of course I left studying to the last minute and I found Joe's courses online. I was able to watch them while I was doing other stuff around the house and passed the test with one solid weekend of studying! Thanks to Joe's courses.
