Tried to cancel my account and receive a full refund but I cannot get anyone to respond to emails or phone messages.

I used to be a big fan of prepagent because of his YouTube videos. I bought premium 1 year course including tutor 1 on 1. The study material is good, but the tutoring one on one didn’t work out for me. I scheduled the appointment, and on the appointment day, I didn’t see any notify or sign about tutoring I messaged and called prepagent to reschedule tutor before I went to take exam. It still didn’t work out. I didn’t get any tutor at all. I am very disappointed and upset. I hope prepagent can fix this problem and be more organized about tutoring 1 on 1.

Also it's more like a 50% money back guarantee. Asked for my money back before my session and they refused.
