I have the pleasure of meeting with Lola once a week for a benchmark service.
It's always a great experience. Only thing missing would be liquor as an option for members. I'd say the a greeting with a preferred beverage would improve the experience for any gentleman.

I’ve been going to the Boardroom in the Quarry for a year now and I appreciate each visit. With a cold drink in your hand from the moment you arrive to the friendly service! Lola does an amazing job and like most men who are protective of your beards, she does a great job at bringing out the best look. If Lola isn’t available, all of the girls there do a great job too.

It was an average experience. I don't want to oust anyone but the atmosphere, pictures, and prices made it seem like it was 'fancy' when it felt more like any chain haircut place with a lot of woodgrain. The haircut itself was below par and if I do decide to come back I'd at least try someone else as a stylist. It's ok overall but don't expect too much.
update: A very polite manager called and offered to correct the problem so I will be back with another update in a couple months.
Final update: I went back for a haircut after letting it grow back out and met with Gabriela. She was a very nice young woman who did a great job on my hair while maintaining a level of professionalism I can appreciate. This experience was far greater then my previous one and I gladly give five stars based off of my recent visit and the managers willingness to correct the before mentioned concerns.
