Melissa was awesome, I usually don’t try anything new with my hair because of the fear of the stylist not seeing what I see in my head but Melissa understood immediately which made me feel very confident. She even went as far as explaining her actions and thought process throughout the cut so I remained confident. The process was a delight I usually don’t like talking much when I get a haircut and I felt comfortable even not doing so with her, but when we did talk it didn’t feel forced or unnatural, it was nice. My hair turned out exactly how I wanted which kept the qualities I already loved about my hair but with that new modern and subtle edginess I was looking for. Not only did I leave with a good product and advice on how to maintain my curls I also left with a smile which was completely involuntarily.
