We had a great experience with SJM Industrial Radio! The process was quick and easy, and Sydney and Brittany were extremely helpful and responsive. We needed walkie-talkies for a large event, and they made sure we had everything we needed quickly and on time. Highly recommend their service!

I have been with Gigi at SJM for my business and her custom service is excellent. Not only is she very knowledgeable and curtsy she is just a pleasure to talk too. Custom-Goods has been using them for years and I cannot recommend any team better than SJM to service or buy radios for your business.

Absolutely pleased with the quick response time SJM provided me at my place of employment as Antonio Ruvalcaba was always on top of everything.
Antonio truly was very helpful and provided an exceptional level of service. He always would provide options to best fit our budget and would be someone I heavily relied on. Anyone I encounter who asks if SJM is worth the time and investment, I can certainly say they are an exceptional provider of radio hardware and services. I would highly recommend them and if you have Antonio as your contact person he’s definitely a keeper.

We had a great experience with SJM! Not only were they able to offer us the most competitive price of many tellecommunications rental providers in the area, they were very quick to respond when we had some minor issues with the equipment. They sent out replacements within a day, and everything ran incredibly smoothly for the rest of our rental! We will for sure be keeping them in mind for the future. Highly recommend!
