When I needed to choose a Medicare supplemental or advantage plan, Jake was extremely knowledgeable. A discussion of my needs and doctors helped us work together to choose a plan that has met my needs and I'm very satisfied with it to date! I recommend Jake to others and will continue to do so! Forget about all of the mail that comes in and all of the cold calls. I'll always check with Jake when I need help with additional information or recommendations. He always gets back to me.

Jake went through every option, for both the original Medicare plans, and the Medicare Advantage plans in detail and made sure I was making the best choices for my health benefits. He explained everything in great detail, and answered all my questions. He made sure I was not making any mistakes in choosing a plan that was not in my best interest, either with costs, available doctors, or hospitals. Luke also completed the Medicare Advantage application for the company I chose (if you choose a plan through them) and submitted it, which was very helpful!
