Took excellent care of us! I highly recommend Steve, who works sales out of the Chevy building next door but can sell any GMC. He's great during the buying and has helped out out years later when we had a breakdown covered under the warranty. Even offered to come pick up my wife when she was stranded at Bob Johnson GMC, and Bob Johnson wouldn't lift a finger to do anything. We had the vehicle towed to Garber after 5 days of Bob Johnson refusing to look at it. Garber got right on the repair, which was a simple alternator swap out. They provided a loaner vehicle and even cleaned the car after the repair was complete. Steve and the guys at GMC service really went above and beyond to do the best they could to make the situation less of a headache for us!

Joe was fun to work with. I appreciated the casual, no pressure approach from him and Justin. I happened to be there late in the day when we sat in my new Colorado and I didn't realize it was past closing time because Joe wasn't trying to rush to leave. I think he realized that I was a bit overwhelmed by all of the features of the dashboard but he was just patiently trying to explain everthing and answer my questions to make sure that I understood everything. Thanks Joe. It must be a real challenge for you to explain everything to someone who isn't very tech savvy.
