My experience is a bit unique. I went to Randall Chevrolet a few months back near Christmastime because my Chevy traverse was over 10 years old and it was time to get a new vehicle. I met Charlie Webb and he was excellent in getting me everything I wanted. I was very impressed and left feeling very good about my purchase. Unfortunately the deer in Rochester decided to ruin my brand new Equinox. So I was left without a car. Without hesitation I went straight back to Randall Chevrolet to see Charlie Webb. He again was amazing! He commiserated with me over how cars can be totaled so quickly ( the recent hail storm we had in July totalled cars because of the body damage) And actively listened to what I was looking for (some sales people do not have this skill and can be pushy on what they think is the best)
The attribute I really liked about Charlie is that he knows his craft, and once he hears what your needs are. He knows the inventory, he knows where to look for the best price, crunches numbers in his head
