Even when anything is not 100% correct such as a sticking intermittent RR door handle that appeared a day after delivery, they stood behind their work, corrected the issue in a courteous and timely manner, as well as working with the insurance company to reopen the claim such that the work was covered.

What a great find. Our dealer we have been going to for a long time was recently purchased and just lost the customer service they were known for (now feels like the typical Car Dealer). We stumbled upon a vehicle here that we were interested in and meet Eric Vant. All I can say is what a great experience this has been from the beginning to the delivery. We told him what we needed and he exceeded our expectations in every direction. We have not had such a great experience at a car dealer in years. The entire staff we worked with from beginning to end was fantastic. We have a new home!! Thanks for making this an enjoyable experience. Now that I think about it I have never heard anything bad about Garber and now I know why.

Best customer service of my life! Got towed in with car trouble with 8 hours left on a road trip. Mike and Marcus took care of us on a Friday afternoon, went way and above to help us out. They spent close to two hours helping to trouble shoot our issue, got us back on the road, and didn’t charge us a dime for their time.
