Tom Horton was my Service Advisor and he was very helpful. I wound up getting a flat tire and wanted to have it repaired or replaced at Garber Randall. Also, my car was due for an oil change and tire rotation. I opted for the Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection package when I leased my car, and this was the first time I needed to file a claim. I made an appt for a Saturday as the dealership is about 40 mins away. Tom assured me if the tire couldn't be repaired, he would have a loaner for me. As it turned out, the location of the damage was not in a good spot for a repair, so Tom contacted Zurich and started a claim. Once he received approval from Zurich the tire would have to be ordered, so he sent me on my way. The work was completed Tuesday afternoon and I returned the loaner on Wednesday. Overall it was a very positive experience. Tom is a great asset to both the dealership and the service dept. I highly recommend doing business at Garber Randall Buick GMC.
