Your salesperson was extremely helpful in my search for a specific color vehicle, interior and exterior. Test drives helped me choose the right SUV for me. Dealership was clean and comfortable. Negotiating price was low pressure. Delivery was timely. Finance was friendly and answered all my questions. New vehicles on lot all looked good and easy to view, not too crowded, and easy access. Intro to service advisor and appointment process was pleasant. Transfer of plates/registration was seamless.
This is my 10th new vehicle purchase in 38 years across many brands, but my first Buick. This dealership made me feel welcome. Garber Randall Buick is 25 minutes farther from home, but I had no problems, unlike the Buick dealer a few minutes from home.
All in all, a pleasant dealership to work with!
