At arrival to the service appointment, I was immediately greeted by the service writers and manager Dave Gordon, and asked to be helped. I also requested for extra work to be done that day if time allowed and was told that should not be a problem. During pick up, everything was explained to me. Overall a great service experience. Product wise I am looking forward to GM getting back to a plug-in hybrid, midsize SUV. Keep me updated Lynn.
I will need to stop at the collision center, RF Collision to have an estimate on a small door ding. Emma, Gregg and staff are the best in the business. I wouldn’t trust my XT5 anyplace else and the paint staff i know will match the tri stage tint coat finish to perfection. A lot of pride in their work, comes out of the shop.
