This is probably our new favorite restaurant in Nashville, which feels a little weird because we usually prefer local restaurants to larger chains. However, it is rare for us to go out to eat and find a whole menu of items we would eat. We've tried probably close to half the menu and all of it has been good. What might be even more rare is a restaurant that is health conscious and can make delicious food without a brick of butter and a mound of salt.
