I like the place and always have a great time when I go. The servers are very attentive. They take care of the place. I do think the food a little pricey though.

Good, healthy options, sometimes the wait staff misses really obvious things like bringing any water or greeting you at all within the first 15 minutes of being seated... but once you order, the food comes out relatively quick. Nutritious and delicious. We really enjoy the menu and have been back several times, it's just oddly lacking basic wait staff training sometimes, and having been a server myself, it's painfully obvious how they fall flat on the easiest of environment factors and experience for the customers. Hoping next visit is a bit more cohesive. We would hate to be fully turned off from this place, because we are all about what they DO have going for them. We've enjoyed the Kale green drink, the pizzas (many times now, yum), Poké bowls, soups, the chicken wrap, egg bowl breakfast dishes... they've all been nourishingly delish. I hope the experience has a bit of a better flow next time. Still will give 4 stars, and I could see a revision up to a full 5, if the whole experience could be improved up to that caliber.

My girlfriend and I had never been and went in for a late afternoon lunch. She got the butternut squash pizza which she loved. I had the Chicken avocado wrap and cucumber salad. My salad was delicious. I loved it. My chicken wrap was mediocre for sure. The chicken lacked flavor. I was just underwhelmed and slightly disappointed. I am willing to go back and try something else next time. Really it is a 3.5 stars from me but I will round up. Give the place a shot.

Great food and cocktails! The beet burger was amazing and the guac was some of the best I've had in Nashville. Great atmosphere and outdoor dining.

This place is huge but it was packed on a friday night so make reservations. There is plenty of outdoor seating (not a great view but nice to sit outside anyway). The edamame dumplings were amazing! Other food was mediocre. The appetizer flatbread was a little on the burnt side and the spaghetti squash casserole was a bit tasteless. Skipped dessert because I was disappointed but would like to go back and give it another chance.

I had lunch at True Food Kitchen recently and overall, really enjoyed it. The hosts and serving team were prompt, responsive, friendly, and patient. And the food and drinks we ordered were excellent. Parking can sometimes be a challenge in this area, but we were able to find a spot in the free parking garage without issue. My only complaint for this restaurant is the noise. We were there midday on a weekday and the restaurant seemed to be about 50%-75% full, and we had trouble hearing each other as well as hearing our server. (In fact, the server missed a coffee order because of this, although she handled it right away.) This is just something to keep in mind if you’re eating with anyone who is hearing impaired or if you’re hoping for a quieter spot. Otherwise I really enjoyed my experience here & would love to go back next time I’m in town.

A little upscale, modern, industrial cozy type atmosphere. The tomato soup and spaghetti squash were amazing. Happy to see they give true portions instead of over.

Delicious, with a few caveats. Restaurant was crowded and noisy at 6:30 on a Thursday evening, with a 20 minute wait for a table. Come in off hours. Peach tea, $5, was good, but not $5 good. Hummus was delicious, but unremarkable. Charred cauliflower was remarkably savory, more flavor than I knew could be coaxed out of the vegetable. Highly recommended. Could have been slightly more al dente, but that's a minor nitpick. Margherita pizza was solid, crust was crispy, but perhaps a little overcosted for the simple preparation. Grass fed burger was cooked to a perfect medium, toppings were wonderfully complimentary. Unfortunately, the kale salad had an overpowering lemon flavor; could not eat more than a forkful. Korean noodle bowl, while on the small side, was executed perfectly. A mixed bag, but still recommended.

Fabulous, creative, healthy and delicious food. The one thing that bothers us, a lot, is how loud it is inside. We've opted for quieter venues when we want a relaxing conversation with our meal.
