Great all around experience. Healthy, guilt-free, menu that is delicious. Their salmos is particularly well cooked. A little crispy on the outside without being dry and over cooked. They also have surprisingly good pizza. Our favorite drink is the hot matcha horchata.

This is about to be a wordy review based on my Celiac needs, so you’ve all been warned
I have a newly complicated life after being told I have Celiac. It’s been a rough road of learning what I can and can’t eat and that cross-contamination IS. A. THING.
Long story even longer… I’ve eaten out twice since the diagnosis and while I think the last restaurant did their best, it was an absolute nightmare of pain and misery that lasted nearly 24 hours.
Fast forward to yesterday. We live in a small town and were in Nashville for an appointment. I had eaten at two other True Food locations previously a few years ago (San Diego and San Fran) so I knew the food would be good. I was SO nervous and I think I inadvertently shared the panic and nerves with our server right away. She was so kind and so reassuring that they take it very seriously. I’m talking, I asked about workspace sanitizing, separate utensils, glove changing. There was surely panic in my eyes. I’m just so hungry all the time right now.
Anyway…
I split the Korean steak plate with my son and it was AMAZING. It was so nice to eat a good meal again. I was super nervous all day but I am confident in that I wasn’t cross-contaminated. I am so thankful for their respect for my needs and their follow through. I will absolutely be back next time we are in town.

Always a delight to dine at True Food. I wanted something light and nourishing, so I went for the spaghetti squash casserole with chicken sausage and their adaptogenic tulsi tea. Delicious! Jackson was our server, and he did a FANTASTIC job!

Really enjoyed our meal here. The music was a tad loud inside and the weather was beautiful outside so we opted to dine outdoors. There was plenty of seating with and without shade. It was a very relaxed feel. The company caters well to people with food allergies. My go to meal is the spicy pineapple marg which depending on who's pouring may or may not be extra spicy, the charred cauliflower (the dates with the sauce is indescribable), and the spaghetti squash add chicken sausage no cheese. The entire meal is gluten, milk, egg, pork, beef, seafood, shellfish, peanut/tree nut free. I really couldn't ask for more. Our waiter was very pleasant and concerned with capturing our food allergies. It was just a great experience and I look forward to dining here again.

My friend took me here and it was my first time! She had the teriyaki quinoa bowl and I had the chicken and mozzarella panini. We shared the hummus and had an interesting ube dessert. Our waiter, Jackson, was attentive, nice, and made good recommendations! 10/10 would recommend please keep him employed and maybe even a reward of some sort.

Great place to dine in or pickup. Food is always fresh with seasonal updates and the staff are friendly and cordial. So far 2 for 2. 1st time it was an extremely busy weekend in Nashville and they got us in and it was great date night. The second was with family and they provided plenty of space for us to sit and provided accommodations for our 2 year old.

I visit TFK any time I’m in town. Amazing food with delicious ingredients. I brought my mom for Mother’s Day and she realized why I love this place so much. Jackson was our server and provided TOP NOTCH service. I’ll be asking for him next time I come. This restaurant knows how to do it.
