My 13 week old cockerdoodle had her 10 and 12 week jabs at Goddards along with a full puppy check. Sadly on a walk today another dog attacked my puppy and she sustained a puncture wound to her back right leg. We called goddards who were immediately happy to see us, we walked through the door within 25minutes of the incident and were so looked after by Anne and her team. I was a crying mess and they took the time to look after Rory, explain what she found and how to treat and reassure me. Thank you to the team at Ewell who were amazing in our hour of need.

The majority of the staff here are lovely and work really hard (Jannine, Michelle and Sam especially) but this is the most toxic work place I’ve ever worked in and the way I was treated was so poor.
The first time I ever struggled with mental health was because I came to this clinic from the Chessington branch (head nurse Jayne is amazing there!). I felt bullied a lot of the time and was told off for using the toilet too much even though I have a diagnosed bladder condition.
Since leaving and going to university and becoming a midwife, I’ve realised how much I was put through and how wrongly I was treated especially whilst pregnant (not by the staff members named above but I wouldn’t have lasted without their continued kindness). I was constantly subjected to nastiness especially from the head vet.
Avoid this place at all costs.

I have kept taking my kitten to the Ewell branch since his first ever check up but today was the last time we came. At every previous appointment I have been kept waiting for at least 15-20 mins without an apology (appointments often also were kept brief and as short as possible) but today we were 8 mins late due to heavy traffic. The receptionist was just nodding her head saying I have to reschedule as the vet brought the next patient in and won't see us. Even though I still had half of my appointment left, and even though the next appointment now became free (patient was brought in forward) they still refused to see us. It was extremely unhelpful and it made me not want to bring my pet again. This however really just was the last straw as other dodgy things were going on (blood test not being done but charged for, etc.) I am happy to look for a new place (new group altogether) as the bad experiences just kept piling up and I really don't recommend this place to anyone.

Alex the vet at Epsom Downs is a great vet. He takes the time to explain things thoroughly and clearly loves animals.

My gerbil Blod underwent a serious operation at Goddard’s Ewell. She received extremely professional care and recovered well. I will definitely be using Goddard’s again.

Extremely helpful friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’ve recently been seeing Ellie regarding my leopard gecko Loki and she has been amazing. Super helpful and always willing to fit Loki in, even if it is last minute. You can tell they genuinely care. 100% recommend!

Managed to fit our gerbils in at short notice for a check up. Very friendly staff and felt our rodents were well looked after.

Very professional , very knowledgeable and educational.
Was very worried about my cat feeling unwell, was reassured, the cat got excellent attention by both of the ladies who work there. I wish I had taken down names, but honestly excellent place!
