Love our water machine! Best drinking water, but it has so many other uses. No longer buy furniture polish, kitchen or bathroom cleaners. Would buy it again!

Everything was included in the box needed for easy undercounter installation. I did have to drill a 1 1/4 hole through the granite countertop. (Drill bit not included). Didn't need customer service. Didn't need a plumber. I added a flexible line to attach the adaptor supplied with the kit, because the valve cutoff was interfering with the water supply valve under my sink. This was a very minor fix. We have been enjoying our ionized alkaline water.

We purchased our under the sink UCE-11 Turbo in October 2016. It was very easy to install. Customer service has been GREAT! We are on a well so the initial small filter did not work but once we got technical support involved the situation was immediately resolved. We really love our system! We love being able to talk to a live body when we call.

Look around ,so many out there read review's ,I want something that is made in USA and lifetime warranty.Browse around finally found Tyent USA ,spoke to Lori,very professional and helpful , gave me a good deal.I decided to buy one.Now were enjoying the water for wellness and I'm very happy with the result.Before I buy alkaline in cases at Costco.Now I have my own machine and my kids like the water. Highly recommended..

I have had several positive experiences with the support I've received from Tyent. I recently moved my ionizer for the 4th time! I noticed a white film in the bottom of my water bottles. I sent an email to Tyent asking them about it. Within 24 hours I received a response from Bryan Minnix. He researched the water quality in my area, told me it was extremely hard, and told me how to resolve the problem. Simply Awesome customer service! Sometimes understanding all the different issues with getting high quality water can be intimidating. Tyent Customer Support has always been there for me.

I had never tried alkaline water until recently. My office actually had purchased the machine and had it installed. We love it! We use it daily. It's smooth and so much better than bottled water. We love it so much, that everyone brings in their own containers to fill up so that over the weekend we still have alkaline balanced water to drink.
