Imagine being a vegetarian for most of your life and then at 60 realizing your bones and muscles are malnourished. It has been a daunting tasks introducing meat back into my diet, since most of our food chain is compromised. When my first box arrived, I thought that it was too much for one person. Lol. It was the first bite of the sirloin steak that had me realize what I've been missing.
