This was my first time purchasing anything from Seven Sons. I have been purchasing grass fed and finished beef and pastured pork from other farms, so I am familiar with some of the flavor and texture differences. However...we had New York strips last week and boneless Pork Chops just last night. They were both amazing- tender, juicy and flavorful. It is appreciated that the time is being taken to do the ageing on the beef. It isn't like it is hard to do, but the planning for what you are going to need/want 21 days in advance to pull from the freezer is not practical. Maybe you forgot, maybe you are having company over, maybe you want to celebrate something. Point being, now all you have to do is defrost. Thank you Seven Sons for providing great quality products!
