I have never purchased a product where the owners were nearly this communicative and informative!! I am so impressed! Also enlightened about our meats’ origins. I have only had the pork sausage patties so far. They were delicious. Very meaty and hardly shrank!! I could tell the difference. Other patties are much less dense due to fillers I presume. Looking forward to making the rest of my order. It is too cold and snowy right now but when Spring hits that grill is getting fired up and we are going to enjoy our purchase!! Thank you for providing a wonderful product line!!

I chose Seven Sons based on their reviews and I was looking for farm fresh meats. All I can say is WOW! They did not disappoint! Their meats are so flavorful, my children asked me what I did different to make dinner taste so good. Seven Sons you have a customer for life! PS I love how they share information on how they raise their meats!!!

The meat I bought from seven sons is the best I’ve ever had. I have enjoyed the fillet, the bacon, chicken breast, and the gourmet hamburger was delicious. I just placed a second order.

Made the pork chops last night - Just wonderful !! A nice thick cut and soo very tender !! I had defrosted them overnight in some boiled cider then seared them and simmered them with fresh kraut with browned apples and onions and carrots and mushrooms. OMG !! ** NOTE ** this is a great cut of pork - so I did not cook like a tough cut... It was a quick cook and Served over baked potatoe --- Just heaven !! Will so order over again and again!! Just the perfect thickness !! Note: 2 per person _ I am on the slim side, but love my protein !! This week - the steaks :)
