Tried the sausage, now this is REAL sausage. It does not leave a burnt sugar mess in your pan. It is a bit spicier than I am used to but taste so much better than any sausage you can get in a grocery store. Can't wait to try the bacon. I will be getting more.

So far, so good! We were eating pretty clean, but our meat options didn't stack up. My gut is used to good red meat & your ground beef for hamburgers fits the bill. We are having the filets tomorrow night. We'll let you know how that goes. We do appreciate the follow up emails, learning more about your farm & how things are done. I pray that you & other farms like yours thrive & grow to be the standard in the US! I purchased beef gift boxes for each of my daughters in different states 1 week before Christmas, Both gals got their steaks, roast and hamburger patties and ground beef in time to prepare their Christmas dinners for their families!
