I have been sending these meat gift baskets for years and decided to try it too and started a subscription. I had timed my 2nd subscription delivery to come before my dinner party because I wanted filet mignon. I have no idea how but my delivery was sent to one of my clients instead of my house even though I had a subscription that had worked only the month before. I was very upset because my party was that weekend and the new delivery wouldn’t be on time. I explained my situation and they were so gracious and re-shipped me my order overnight. Meat got here fast. Frozen and dry ice still there We tried burger patties first. Outstanding flavor. The pot roast was delicious. Grilling steaks tonight. First class operation. I will buy from them again

This has been by far the very best meat I may have ever tasted!! I love the regenerative farming that that do as well. As a person with an auto immune disease have a clean , and I mean a truly clean source of meat is so important and hard to come by. The flavor is outstanding !
