This was the first order for us from Seven Sons Farm. We purchased the best of the farm bundle which included beef, pork, chicken and we added lamb chops. This was a great way to try different cuts and meats they offer. Absolutely love the flavors and tenderness of everything. We grilled the bacon infused hamburger patties, amazing with a nice Smokey flavor! The meats were fully frozen and packed in an insulated cooler with dry ice within its delivery box. No problems with the delivery which can be challenging to Florida. I love that they care how your experience has been and want to know how you’re enjoying and preparing what you’ve purchased. We are going to be reverse searing two beautiful filet mignons tonight. They have nice marbling and are sooo tender! Thank you Seven Sons Farm for doing what you’re doing. Shipping - the quality of the packaging and condition of the product upon receipt are excellent. The quality of the meat is beyond compare.Prices may seem a bit high, but top quality meat goes much further. And finally, the animal husbandry, farming practices and transparency are outstanding. Oh, and did I mention their top of the line customer service? I've decided to make Seven Sons my number one source for all of our meat purchases!
