The customer service with this company was excellent. I had a payment issue with my card and couldn’t fix it until I got back from vacation as it was the holidays. They responded to emails quickly and were extremely accommodating as the issue was entirely my fault yet I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. They kept my order on hold until I was able to resolve the issue and when it was it was delivered in a timely manner. It was a gift and I received feedback that the quality was excellent and the recipient was very pleased. Will definitely be ordering with them again!

Amazing farm and meat. The meat was packaged fresh and tasted really good. They also sent newsletters and info about their farm and the 7 brothers. You can watch their videos and see all the healthy fat cows happily running and grazing. Meat arrived still frozen. The ONLY thing we didn’t like is that their subscription boxes are not customizable and we got way to much ground beef in our box, would have preferred more roasts or steaks. Although you can order ala carte, we came to them for the subscription box. Other than that we loved it. Also the bacon is better than any we have ever had.
