We received our box and everything arrived completely frozen and on time. Everything we have tried so far has been delicious. Made the pork chops last night and they were tender and juicy. Just pan fried them in a cast-iron pan with salt and pepper in a teensy bit of olive oil. Being a mother of boys, I warmed to the videos of the seven sons' videos enthusiastically talking about regenerative farming. I did learn that the chicken is not 100% pasture-raised, but grain finished. I would prefer all their meats to be 100% pasture-raised, but overall I am very satisfied with this product and this company. Will order again! I love ordering once a month so I can plan my menus around what I have.
