So nice to find actual grass-fed beef raised using regenerative practices, and then to have that turned into jerky without a bunch of additives!
This is not some giant feedlot co-opted by a corporation that has bastardized the organic standards to the point that they are meaningless. This is a family farm doing the right thing, the right way and producing jerky without a bunch of garbage in it.
I came across a farm that said they had grass-fed beef and then when you look at the ingredients for the jerky, it included caramel color and other ingredients that are problematic to say the least. I want jerky not a sugar pill.
The nutrients and quality of this beef far outshine the trash you find in the store that they call organic but it is certified by a ginormous corporation like Oregon Tilth or QAI. Funny, Oregon Tilth changed their packaging to read OTCO; I'm sure it has nothing to do with people catching on to their horrible practices.
