I purchased a variety of meat as a first time buyer. Shipment was very quick and meat arrived in perfect condition. We have eaten the chicken thighs and ground meat so far and can only say it was by far superior to anything you can find in stores. Fresh tasting and greatly improved my recipes. Am now a repeat customer!

I have enjoyed the ground beef. made very good taco's. My son cook a steak and said it was great. I tried the beef liver, I thought it would be fresher. It was okay. and the chicken hearts were good . so over all I am satisfied. Note I had some fresh beef liver , (it was butchered the same week), from a different source and it melted in my mouth. so I want to try yours. just not as fresh and it yours had that film on it.
