Recently received my first order it was packed so beautifully all packaging could be recycled and plenty of dry ice left. The stew meat is so tender can literally be cut with a fork and the flavor or out of this world. Sausage patties did no shrink when cooked and very tasty. Made a meatloaf with their recipe, get to taste that tomorrow but looks great. Already looking to see what to order next and definitely with make this a regular shipment. Going to try the salmon too as well as the butter, haven't had fresh butter for years. Vegetables too. So much to try out

Excellent quality of pork. We bought the pork bundle to try and it was more then we expected. We live in Vegas and received the meat frozen solid. We will be ordering again
