A couple of days ago I gave this place a one star review due to the poor quality of the ɓison delmonico steaks we ordered. But when I contacted them through email about it, they happily gave me a complete refund no questions asked. This is extreme professionalism! Sonsee was so polite in handling the situation I couldn't believe it. Now they get a 5 star review from me.
