I've only had a chance to use the ground sirloin but I loved it. All of us like our meat "rare" and this was delicious.

We at first ordered lamb products from Seven Sons Farms and were pleased with the product. After viewing the videos about pasture raised chickens I ordered chicken breasts and OMG in my almost 80 years experience I have never tasted a fresher tasting, tender chicken breast off the grill. Store-bought chicken breasts are hard to keep moist when grilling without marinades, sauces, rubs or whatever. I grilled the seven sons chicken with just a sprinkling of seasoning and garlic powder and they came off the grill beautiful. Now I am getting my chicken only by subscription from Seven Sons.

Seven Sons Farm “rocks”. Great people, great meat , great Customer Service!! We all need to get on board with supporting those who are not lacing our food with hormones, pesticides , and other even more lethal elements. They are committed to healthy animals, healthy people and a healthy earth . What part of that don’t we love??
