I bought some beef suet from them and was absolutely pleasantly surprised by the quality. I've bought beef suet from a number of local and online sources and you can really see the difference in quality before you ever taste it. The color is richer and the texture is more varied, and oh my God - the flavor is also so much richer. Lots of remaining connective tissue and bits of orange-yellow and pink hue throughout. A lot of suet I've bought online is nearly flavorless, all white, mostly chalky and doesn't taste, look, or feel very different from a jar of tallow you get from the store, but this stuff is on par with the quality I've gotten from local farms. Very delicious. Great quality. Melts in your mouth like some kind of desert. Highly recommend if you're on the hunt for a high quality source of animal fat.

Super happy with the products! Bought boxes for all four of our sons too, and they loved them and will be purchasing also. Great to know that all of our family is eating meat that is clean and healthy!

I will tell you I was greatly pleased. The first thing we had were the burgers. Oh my were they delicious. The right mix of fat and beef. Then the steak. Delicious. My daughters favorite the fillet. Not one bit disappointed. So far I am very happy and I have told my neighbor and one of my other daughters . Delicious
