I love seeing more of our country’s land reclaimed from monoculture. In retirement I hope to secure some land and heal some of it for our grandchildren. Too old to do it for a living.

My order arrived quickly and was perfectly frozen. I have only used the ground beef so far and it was delicious and so much better than what I get at the grocery store. I am looking forward to having the steaks.

I absolutely love all of their grass fed beef such as their chuck roast, beef shanks, ground beef, sirloin tip roast, ground bison, bison roast etc. also love all their soup bones, neck bones, ox tail. They make great bone broth. I have SIBO and their meats are top notch because I can not only tolerate them but thrive on their meats. Thanks for the great subscription service that I can always get what I need weekly.
