This program is exciting because it tells you how to do it with practical suggestions. The food prep model is amazing and easy. Once prepped, you grab your mason jar salad add the protein and you're good to go.
Finally something that works and is sustainable. Many thanks to my awesome coach Andrea for walking me through the process. I have lost 15 pounds and over 5 inches at my waist. Feel energized, sleep better, and am more positive mentally. All in 3.5 weeks. I can and will do this!

I have lost 10 lbs in my first two weeks. I enjoy having the freedom to choose what I eat (off the list of course!), the guidance of meals plans, the daily education to learn more about my body and how it responds to stress, and I am glad to have a coach who is in my corner to not only help me stay accountable but who answers questions, gives encouragement, and helps me succeed. The biggest thing for me is knowing I don’t have to be perfect. It’s the 80/20 concept that keeps me from feeling like a failure and throwing in the towel. I am just making my eating choices Betr, my sleep Betr, my activity level Betr, my health Betr.

This is the BEST program I've ever been on - I've tried counting points, calories - you name it - for years. The Betr program does require some work (prep meals), but the payoff is everything the coaches and Dr. Ferro promise - better sleep, mental clarity, mood, energy, digestion - and weight loss, to name a few.
