This is my 3rd week, so far fantastic, for the firs time in years I have been able to follow a Diet. My coach is fantastic, she is there to clarify any doubts and offer her help. Please try it with confidence. You will be very happy and feel better.
I started this program because my blood sugar level hit 343 I went to my doctor I started the program got back on my meds I was actually 244 April 1st since I started the program at 224 I am now 212 I'm on level 2 I think week 6 I feel better I'm moving more I'm sleeping better and my doctor said if I continue to stay focused I can come off my meds my sugar levels have been great and steady the average have been under 100 I'm going to keep going feeling amazing!

Betr is a lifestyle change, not a diet, and it begins with gut health. Takes effort (mostly in preparing healthy foods) but with lots of support along the way. Love working with my coach Lerron, using the recipes provided, and most of all- seeing results. I am closing in on 20 lbs down and beginning to FEEL results.

I have loved this program! I was able to sign up through my insurance, didn’t really expect much but needed to do something to get into some healthy habits again post lockdown. Well in a matter of three weeks I’ve lost over 15 pounds and did so without ever being hungry. You get personal coaching and there is a great community of people! Do it! #Betrlife
Best Food plan so far! Its real food for real people and definately NOT a diet, the way its laid out really takes care of lots of issues most diets DONT. You will have much success with all the guidance ,tools and coaches here.

I can't stop telling everyone I know about Betr, so I figured it was time to officially post a review. I'm two months into what I know will be a lifelong journey, and I have learned more from Betr than any nutritionist, doctor, or weight loss program has taught me. I can accurately tell you how many calories are in a restaurant dessert, how many calories you burn during activity, what macro balances should look like on keto vs low carb vs high protein... but even with all of that textbook knowledge, I never had a clue how to listen to and nourish my own body in a healthy, sustainable way. And that meant that no matter what I tried, nothing really worked.
Yes, I've lost weight - and not an insignificant amount. But the biggest thing I've taken away from my first two months with Betr Health is that I am finally in control. I know what food my body needs to feel good and continue to convert fat to energy. I know how much and how often to eat to never feel hungry (or uncomfortably full!). I know what foods to avoid because they're not good for me personally (not because they're "bad" foods). AND I know that it's okay to go enjoy my vacations or girls' nights out guilt-free, because I have the tools to put myself right back on track in a matter of days not weeks or months.
