We arrived on a flight from a week out of town, only to find out battery dead/shot. We were able to get a jump and proceeded to Car Care Advanced Auto Repair in Eagan, who I now take my other vehicle to. Despite the shop being 2 employees down mid afternoon on a Friday, Jason provided great customer service slipping us in the very busy schedule and Mike provided quick and quality service to replace the battery and clean up under the hood. These guys were a lifesaver, as we had a biking weekend planned the following day with friends up north and without their help, dedication and customer service that trip was in question. Thank you Jason and Mike and Car Care Advanced Auto Repair in Eagan.

So sorry to hear about Kirby's passing. We've been customers for almost 20 years and always came back because we trusted Kirby and the team to do the right things (just what was necessary - no games) and to do things right (high quality repairs). Through the years we met and developed trust in Mike and others so we'll continue to patronize the shop, but we're really going to miss Kirby. Rest in peace!

This is the first time I used Car Care and I will for sure use them again.I brought in my truck for a leaking brake line and also to install a new caliper. All I can say is that both Steve and John did an amazing job figuring out what needs to be done and did it (given the age of the vehicle). Many places (like car dealers) are just part swapping, which is not difficult to do especially on new vehicles. For an older vehicle, especially when parts are not original anymore, it takes critical thinking and skill to fix something that is not just a part swap. That was my case and this guys did great.Another thing that I really like is that the shop is right across the street from Life Time Fitness (LTF), where I have been going for the last 25 years so if you are a Life Time Fitness member, you can drop your car, go exercise and then you can pick up your car and go home. In fact today, I was talking to a LTF employee about my experience with Car Care and it turns out that he also uses them for all his car maintenance and repairs.Finally the front desk managers Mike and Kirby were both very professional and honest when I checked in and checked out the car. They did not try to sell me some additional things, which many times is the case in many other places.

I have been coming here for years. We have been here with 10 year old cars with multiple issues and brand new cars just for oil changes and tire rotations. Kirby and crew are the best.

I would highly recommend taking your vehicle to Car Care for maintenance and repairs. I have switched from the franchises with low pay minimum skilled high turnover staff to Car Care. I recently had an issue with leaking brake lines due to corrosion. The franchise advertising brakes identified the issue (for a price) but told me the repairs could be excessively high as other issues could come up during the repairs. I checked for car repairs near me, finding Car Care. I talked to them and they said let them look at the problem. They looked (very friendly), they estimated (reasonable), they repaired (within a few hours), they put me back on the road in a safe running car.The reviews were a critical deciding factor for me before going to Car Care... this is why I am leaving this review. If you have any car repair issue check with Car Care first. Routine maintenance (oil, transmission changes, etc.) done through them will catch any potential problems before they become a headache.

Have been going here for a number of years. Now my kids bring their cars there and also my nieces bring their car there as well! I trust that my daughters will not be sold anything they don't need and will be treated fairly. Good place.

I think I have found the #1 care care center in the Metro! These guys are ACES! I brought my aging Accord in for an overall check to make sure that things were good before I passed it on to my niece in college. Given the age and mileage, I wanted to make sure that everything was in tip-top shape. These guys executed the check, investigated some bizarre warning light indicators, and solved the problem. The warning light issue had been looked at by 4 other auto shops over the past year, each costing anywhere from $300 -$1500. These guys finally got it figured out and fixed. The really cool thing is that they kept me abreast of everything that was going on, and it was fun to see that actually enjoyed the challenge. If you are in need of any car care services in Eagan, these are your guys!!!

I have used Car Care Advanced Auto twice and both times had a very good experience. In my opinion they are honest and have fair prices. Importantly to me, I get the feeling that they will not do work that is not needed just for the business. They are currently my first stop any time that I need work on a car.

Often times in the auto repair industry you feel cheated or taken advantage of, this story is not one of those times. In Sept 2017 my wife's Rogue was running a bit rough so we brought it in to Car Care. Turns out the transmission was out, and needed to be replaced. Wasn't the best news to hear especially when we realized we were out of the manufacturers warranty. We called the dealer and they confirmed that we were in fact out of the main warranty. So we were stuck with a 10 year old truck with the repairs starting $3500-4500. It was a bit of a rough month. We parked the truck in the garage and borrowed another vehicle until we could get the funds for the repairs. Today (Oct. 11th) I brought the borrowed truck in to CC to get the oil changed and Mike was at the desk. He asked me about the rogue, I told him we were out of warranty and that we had it sitting at home. He said that he had previous experiences with his own Nissan and he was certain that it was covered under the warranty. I told him that that car was too old and had too many miles so we were stuck. He told me he would do some research while the borrowed truck was being serviced. When I came back in Mike had some interesting news. He confirmed that the powertrain coverage was only 5 years/60,000 miles. However the dealer failed to tell us that the transmission we have is covered for 10 years and 120,000 miles. Needless to say we are very relieved that we will not have to pay out of pocket for the transmission replacement. All because Mike took an extra 20 minutes to do some digging for us. Mike we appreciate the help you have given us, we will recommend Car Care to anyone who will listen. You have made our year thank you!

I called about 6 places in Eagan to price changing out my low beams. Unfortunately the whole bumper, etc. needs to be pulled off to access them. I called Car Care and was impressed right away with the customer service. They were wonderful to work with and very reasonably priced. I will definitely consider them the next time I need something done on my vehicle.

Very nice and polite folks. The owner explained their findings using just the right amount of detail. Seemed genuinely concerned for both the work's quality and time/cost it took. The only thing to be aware of is that you'll have to get your own towing service if needed, since they don't have their own.
