Customer support and attention is really good with Paycor. I know the name of the person I call when I have an issue.

Paycor's system is more intuitive than many others. You want to make employee changes to the profile, do it here. You want to work through the pay grid and prepare for payroll, do it there. Some other systems seem to be all over the place. It took me very little time to get up and running with where things were located and how they worked together. Overall the system works very well for what we need it to do. Also, their ACA compliance package is nice. Easy to download files, then very simple and intuitive (again) for reviewing each employee to make sure the dates, offers, and other data are correct.
